2003-09-16 -- Imsoc announce major upgrade of  the Froth Image Analyser. In cooperation with Helsinki University of Technology, Imsoc has equipped the software with new features. Among those are the measuring of froth thickness through froth surface laser projection and extended image analysis.

2003-03-29 -- IMSOC is proud to announce the latest of our image analysis products. The Rock Aggregate Image Analyser. After extensive testing including long term performance tests the RAIA system has been passed for release.

2003-01-10 -- HUT is performing research on controlling the mineral froth flotation process within a national project named the VÄSY project. The research is performed at the Inmet - Pyhäsalmi zinc concentrator in Finland. The objectives are to find if it's possible to control the flotation process using the froths physical aspects, i.e. its appearance. In order to do so HUT use a modified and updated image analysis system from IMSOC.
