The Circuit Board Visual Inspection System constitutes a new line of software that can locate and identify abbrevations in your production of circuit boards. With a high resolution camera and a new phase invariant algorithm you will be able to find real errors in manufacturing without the disturbance that very small displacements in component positions can generate. 

With todays technology, if the soldering is done correctly you will still have a fault indication when the component is slightly out of phase with the template. Should you choose the CVBIS, it will detect the slightly displaced component but still not generate errors until the soldering has been analysed and detected as incorrect. However should the soldering be correctly performed, the CVBIS will accept the circuit board as correctly manufactured but still generate a report on displacements.
